For over 85 years, we have been working with companies on every aspect of their HR issues, ranging from legal counselling to litigation. We work throughout Italy, having four offices in Milan, Naples, Rome and Bergamo.

In 2001, we were among five of the founding members of the International Alliance Ius Laboris, which today constitutes the biggest international organisation of labour law firms.

The alliance adopts specific and high quality standards. Furthermore, Ius Laboris fosters the growth of the lawyers belonging to its International Team through its training courses of its own Academy, together with the activities led by the International Practice Groups.

As of 2002, we have been awarded the Quality Certification UNI ISO 9001. We have developed a structured system of internal training and evaluation of trainees’ and lawyers’ preparation in order to keep the Firm’s knowledge up to date and consistent. Succeeding in such a competitive environment, in fact, requires perpetual training.

We are a technologically advanced firm. Expertise and technology make us efficient, as well as guarantee higher quality and inferior costs to the client.
