Toffoletto e Soci, as of 1st January 2011 has a new partner: Mr. Giacomo De Fazio, head of the Bergamo branch of the firm.

41, Mr. Giacomo De Fazio earned a Law degree with honours in 1993 at the University of Milan, with a dissertation on Labour Law with Prof. Michele Tiraboschi. After having practiced law in Milan for 10 years, and successively having practiced in the Bergamo Bar, Mr. De Fazio, as of September 2008, is head of the new branch of Toffoletto e Soci in Bergamo, where he works with Prof. Andrea Morone.

Mr. De Fazio is the author of numerous articles for legal magazines and, in particular, for the Journal ‘Responsabilità Civile e Previdenza’. He works with the Il Sole 24 Ore Group, for which he writes the Review of the Bergamo Court Labour section and the Review of the Constitutional Court. He is part of the legal coordination of the Bergamo Confindustria and he is part of the Italian Association of Employment Lawyers.

With this new nominee, Toffoletto e Soci has 11 partners and 47 lawyers.
