The implementing decree on the reform that was approved in September concerning the legislation on employment services and active policies, introduces numerous changes with regard to the redeployment of workers.

Apart from announcing the newly formed National Agency for Employment which will streamline – at a national level - the network of services for employment policies, the Jobs Act also gave rise to important changes that encourage the hiring of first-time workers or help unemployed individuals re-enter the labour market.
