Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci speak about the new laws of the Jobs Act and compare the employment law profession in Italy with in other countries

 

The Firm will participate in the National Congress of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), which is being held in Milan on Friday, 19th and Saturday 201th June 2015. This year’s Congress will revolve around the laws introduced by the Jobs Act.

 

Professor Maria Teresa Salimbeni, partner at the Firm and Associate Professor in Employment Law at the Law School of the university, Università degli Studi Suor Orsolo Benincasain Naples, will participate in the workshop entitled, «The management of the employment relationship: change in duties and computer checks», expanding on the new provisions which amend Art. 4 of Law no. 300/1970 relating to remote checks on worker activity.

 

During the last round table on Saturday, entitled, «The future of employment law and of employment lawyers» - introduced by Guy Castegnaro, Chairman of the EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) - Emanuela Nespoli, one of the Firm’s partners, will liven up the debate «Italian lawyers interview their European and American colleagues»: a comparison on the differences and similarities in the profession and the work of employment lawyers in other countries.

 

The opening and the closing of the congress will be assigned to Aldo Bottini, Chairman of AGI and Partner of the Firm.
