Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci will take part in the National AGI Conference 2016, being held by the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) in Perugia from 9th to 10th June. Legal professionals and employment law experts will debate “The new frontiers of work. The employment law profession during the Jobs Act”.
Prof. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo, Senior Partner of the Firm and tenured employment law professor at the University Federico II of Naples, will speak on trade union representativeness and agreements during the plenary session on the morning of 10th June.
Partners at the Firm, Maria Teresa Salimbeni and Emanuela Nespoli, will also speak during the afternoon workshops. Prof. Maria Teresa Salimbeni, professor in employment law and EU employment law at the University degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples, will take part in the debate on the new article 4 of the Workers’ Statute.
Whereas Emanuela Nespoli will be speaking on “Employment crises, company crises and social welfare measures”.
“From 2014 employment law has been going through a phase of rapid and radical change” – comments Aldo Bottini, National Chair of the AGI and a Partner at the Firm, who will be opening and closing the conference. “The employment lawyer community will come together in Perugia in order to share their thoughts and experiences regarding the initial impact had by the Jobs Act, as well as the possible future of employment law and the role of employment lawyers”.
