New hire at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo

Dal 12 settembre Diego Paciello, dottore commercialista, entrerà a far parte dello Studio Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci con la funzione di Responsabile dell’area fiscale, Welfare, Compensation and Benefits.

Il dottor Paciello ha acquisito un’esperienza notevole nell’ambito della creazione e gestione dei piani di welfare aziendale, assistendo le più grandi società italiane e multinazionali. Svolgerà la propria attività a Milano nell’ambito del team dedicato ai prodotti dell’area Welfare, Compensation & Benefits diretto dalla socia avvocato Donatella Cungi.

L’ingresso del dottor Paciello si inserisce nello sviluppo strategico che lo studio da due anni ha intrapreso, che consiste nella realizzazione di prodotti molto specifici e sofisticati in aree complementari a quella del diritto del lavoro strettamente inteso, tra le quali le più importanti sono quella affidata alla responsabilità del dottor Paciello, e quelle relative alla disciplina della Privacy e dello Smart Working, guidate rispettivamente dalle partner avvocato Paola Pucci e avvocato Valeria Morosini.

Social security contribution exemption for working mothers February 12, 2024 - The Budget Law for 2024 (Law 213/2023) introduced a social security contribution exemption for working mothers - called "Mothers Bonus" - with three or more children, employed with an open-ended contract, valid from 2024 to 2026. On an experimental basis, this exemption has been extended in 2024 to also include mothers of two children.
