Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci has formed a Research & Development Department in their Naples office.
The new structure, which is composed of 5 professionals, unites all of the functions relating to the management of knowledge and the development of new products, including digital ones.
The R&D Department, which will be assisted by a Scientific Committee composed of a number of the Firm’s partners: Prof. Raffaele De Luca Tamajo, Franco Toffoletto, Prof. Maria Teresa Salimbeni, Prof. Vincenzo Luciani and Aldo Bottini, combines the roles of managing and developing the Firm’s knowledge management system, internal training programmes, developing and updating the Firm’s App, as well as the Firm’s other digital products such as the e-books it publishes and The Law Maps™, coordinating events and web seminars.
The R&D Department will also be responsible for the maintenance of the quality and the uniformity of the Firm’s products, whether judicial or extrajudicial.
“The formation of an R&D Department - explains Franco Toffoletto, Managing Partner of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci, - is a crucial step towards guaranteeing our clients a high quality 360 degree service. The Naples office is a place of excellence when it comes to knowledge and some of the professionals that make up the team have worked for us for some years. It is an organisational step forward which forms just a part of a vaster review of the Firm’s entire internal structure for the purpose of rendering our organisation increasingly efficient for the benefit of our clients”.
