Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo's new ad campaign on GDPR for the protection of data

Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo’s new ad campaign on GDPR - the EU General Data Protection Regulation - has gone live today. The deadline date of 25th May 2018 is critical for all companies, which must arrive at the D-Day ready for GDPR, and the firm - which is the largest Italian law firm specialising in employment law, labour law and commercial agency agreements for companies - is able to provide assistance through every step necessary to ensure compliance with the new regulation. 

“This is a crucial change, a countdown that begins now and has an impact on all companies and organisations, both private and public” - commented Paola Pucci , firm partner and head of the firm’s Data Privacy team. “In fact, it is important for companies to begin their own analysis through a data privacy audit, by hiring a legal professional to identify the potential risks and advise on the best practices and procedures for ensuring compliance with the new and complex laws on the data protection. It is for this reason that we decided to focus on a new image for this campaign, a save the date to underline the legal services created and offered by the firm for assisting companies every step of the way to render their organisation compliant with the new regulation”. 


The ad has been published in the press and will go up in Milan Linate airport during the month of December.
 
The image was created by Riccardo Refolo, the talented Italian artist which has once again collaborated with the firm (the firm’s 2013 ad campaign was also the product of Refolo), and conceived by graphic designer Francesco Emiliani’s graphic design agency. Under Emiliani’s creative direction, as well as that of Paola Bussa, Art Director Francesco Pesce and copywriter Sarah Galli focused on the profoundness of thought and action within the Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo brand. 

 
“It is a delicate issue, which needed to be strongly communicated in order to draw attention to next year’s deadline” - commented Francesco Emiliani. “The new ad campaign, which was especially created for this issue, can be summarised by a surreal illustration and by contemporary traits which recall the firm’s brand, alive with and full of innovative products that increasingly characterises the firm’s avant-garde approach.
