Professor Raffaele De Luca Tamajo, Senior Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci and Dean of Federico II di Napoli University, will take part in the conference, HR Forum 2015 – Banks and Human Resources, which will take place in Rome at the Altieri Palazzo on 9th and 10th June 2015. The annual event - an important one in Italy for banks and financial firms, organised by the Trade Union and Employment Office of the Italian Bank Association and by ABIEventi - is dedicated to the people: the most important factor of each company organisation.
The programme will be split into plenary sessions, round tables and themed workshops, during which the high-profile speakers, top managers, academic and consultants will debate the management and increasing value of HR in banks and the on-going changes in the sector. Professor De Luca Tamajo will speak on Wednesday, 10th June during the plenary session entitled «Industrial relations today. What are the opportunities for businesses and workers?». Opening the session will be the head of the Trade Union Relations Office of the ABI, Giorgio Mieli. The debate will also be enlivened by the contributions of Alfio Filosomi, Head of Employment Policies for Intesa Sanpaolo; Stefania Fadocchia of the Employment Law Department of Ernst & Young and Roberto Spezzioto, Head of Human Resources at Banco Popolare.
