Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci presents a series of seminars entitled “Art. 4 of the Workers’ Statute”, which aims to explain the changes in employment law legislation to companies. The seminars - held in collaboration with Berta, Nembrini, Colombini e Associati (the corporate, tax and employment consultancy firm) - will deal with the proposed privacy regulation recently approved by the EU Council and its connections with the amendments made to Art. 4 of the Workers’ Statute (covered by one of the implementing decrees of the Jobs Act) and with the statutory procedure for regulating the use of work tools.
The seminars will provide the occasion for companies to dispel their doubts regarding the the correct manners of use of work tools through which employees may be monitored, such as, for example, audio-visual systems or equipment that records access and attendance. The correct ways in which employers may use these tools in order to effectively monitor its employees will also be discussed.
The seminars are set to take place today 21st June in Bergamo and Monday 4th July in Treviglio .
