Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo - the largest Italian law firm specialising in providing companies with employment and labour law assistance - has opened a new office in Brescia, joining forces with the law firm of Flaminio Valseriati, who joins Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo as a Partner.

The firm now has 17 partners and offices in five cities in Italy: Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo and Brescia, in addition to being one of the founding members of Ius Laboris, the largest global Alliance specialising in employment law, with over 1,400 lawyers and offices in 53 countries and over 165 cities in the world.

The opening of the office in Brescia signals a further step in the expansion of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, which, in the last five years, has accomplished an impressive growth in terms of revenue and organisational structure. The firm's end-of-year revenue was near to € 20 million (3% higher than that of 2017), thanks to the increased efficiency brought about by the firm’s new legal practice management system. Furthermore, four prominent professionals also joined the firm: Maristella Coccia, Francesco Bartolotta and Maria Carmela Lampariello in the Roman office, and Diego Paciello, Head of the firm’s Tax, Welfare, Compensation and Benefits department in the Milan office.

Flaminio begun his career in 1966 in the firm that his father, Felice Valseriati, founded in 1925. From then on, the firm’s practice areas were civil law, commercial law, commercial agency contracts and employment law. In addition to Flaminio, Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo also welcomes associates Valentina Restani and Dario Bellitti to the firm.

Franco Toffoletto, Managing Partner of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo commented: “We're delighted that Flaminio decided to join our firm. He's an esteemed lawyer who, with the help of our organisation's collaboration and efficiency, will know how to develop our brand locally. The city and province of Brescia are strategic for northern Italy given Brescia’s strong industrial history, which is marked in particular by companies with a high propensity for innovation and export".

Flaminio added: “I decided to join Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo as I think highly of their organisation and legal knowledge, not to mention their exclusive membership with Ius Laboris. I am certain that, together, we will grow and be solid partners for companies based in Brescia".
