Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, one of the leading Italian law firms assisting companies in employment law, labour law and contracts with commercial agents, continues their expansion with the opening of an office in Genoa, which will see the firm also add two new partners to its roster: Maddalena Paroletti and Paolo Iasiello.

The office in Genoa is the third new office opened by the firm this year. Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo now has 22 partners across offices in 7 cities in Italy – Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo, Brescia, Bologna and Genoa – in addition to the offices of the Ius Laboris member firms, the international alliance which is present in 55 countries and 165 cities.

“Maddalena actually begun working with us in Milan some years ago. Thanks to her extensive experience, we are certain that she, together with Paolo and the associates, will know how to represent the firm well, as well as develop it in a city and region that I’m particularly fond of” commented Franco Toffoletto, managing partner of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo. He continued: “The firm’s expansion in these last few months has been very important and forms part of the firm’s growth strategy, which was approved in 2018. We’ve worked a lot on the efficiency of our internal processes and this has allowed us to provide highly accurate employment law consultancy service to companies located across Italy. The organisational model that we created has allowed us to grow rapidly and – thanks to our new lawyers and an innovative attitude – it has also allowed us to be present in some particularly strategic areas in Italy”.

Maddalena Paroletti stated “I’m very pleased to work for the firm again, especially since I’ve long admired their expertise, the eminence of their partners and lawyers, and their extraordinary organisational efficiency”.

The office in Genoa will advise companies on all aspects of employment law (including employment law litigation, general and strategic advice, and arbitration), as well as commercial, civil and administrative law. In addition to Maddalena and Paolo, the associates Anna Maria Occasione and Concetta Manganaro will also be joining the firm.
